About the role
Build and maintain the services behind millions of digital billing transactions a month, from biller integration through to the settlement layer.
What you will do
- Design and build APIs for new biller integrations
- Keep transaction services reliable under high traffic
- Write automated tests and take part in code review
- Work with the operations team during incident response
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a backend engineer
- Strong in one of Go, Java, or Node.js
- Comfortable with relational databases and schema design
- Payments or fintech background is a plus
